Having a late lunch today. Made steamed pollock with carrots and onions. It's so easy and so quick!
Just fry the vegetables with some olive oil. Then put the fish on top, a bit of pepper, add some water in to steam and put a lid on it. Then wait about 10 minutes and yumm =P
